A.  30 Days Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

B. Return Process

To initiate a return, submit your request in writing to info@rayscountryham.com  or call us at (336) 462-8791 and state the reason for the return and your mailing address. You will promptly receive a reply with instructions.

C. Refunds 

Refunds for returned items are credited to the account from which the purchase was made and depending on the policies of the account can take from 2 to 10 days to be credited to the account.

D. Damaged Wrong Products Or Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To return your product, you should contact our mail.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

E. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns
