We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, submit your request in writing to email@example.com or call us at (336) 462-8791 and state the reason for the return and your mailing address. You will promptly receive a reply with instructions.
Refunds for returned items are credited to the account from which the purchase was made and depending on the policies of the account can take from 2 to 10 days to be credited to the account.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
